- In original condition and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Final sale, personalized items, and underwear are non-returnable (unless faulty).
2. How to Return
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.
Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed in 5–10 business days
- Sent to your original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
4. Exchanges
