  • In original condition and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Final sale, personalized items, and underwear are non-returnable (unless faulty).

Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed in 5–10 business days
  • Sent to your original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

4. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us for a free exchange within 30 days.
